Our sweet spot for development opportunities is between £500k-10m with 5-50 units which are targeted at ‘Help to Buy’ Buyers.

  • Delivery Partners who can help reduce build costs in return for a larger share of the profit.

Appleton Asset Management also focuses on land and planning in order to identify potential residential or mixed use development sites which can be brought forward as part of the short term housing allocation or more strategic sites for long term delivery. 

For sites that have not been allocated towards the local plan or future consideration, we can conduct a feasibility study to see if taking a site forward would be viable.
